Description:
I am creating a summer and after school program for my middle students were they have access and opportunity to practice coping mechanism to live their lives powerfully. This will include mindfulness practices (meditation and yoga), a safe space to share what’s on their minds, and healthy snacks and nutritional expertise to teach them quick, easy, and cheap ways to eat consciously.
